To be jumped over 2 rounds, the fist at 1.05 m, the second at 1.10 m

In the event of equality after the second round the chef d'equipe to nominate one rider to jump off against the clock

Bath & West Jnr Open Championship Qualifier

For registered riders & ponies restricted to riders from areas 35, 41, 42, 43, 48, 49, 50 & 51

Height of fences in 1st round 1.10 mFirst 4 combinations within the first 6 qualify for final at Bath & West June 2008

Competitors must jump clear in the first round

Ponies must be ridden by qualifying riders in the final

 

Bath & West Jnr Novice Championship Qualifier

For ponies reg. in Grade JD/JC not to have won £300 on day of entry, ridden by Jnr or Jnr associate members

Height of fences in 1st round 1m

First 4 combinations within the first 6 qualify for final at Bath & West June 2008

Competitors must jump clear in the first round

Ponies must be ridden by qualifying riders in the final

for example . . . .

If there is only one Foxhunter/Newcomer Pony Clear & three Open Ponies Clear, The Foxhunter/Newcomer pony must jump off & go clear to gain it's double clear qualification.

If the Foxhunter/Newcomer pony does not jump off it will keep it's placing but will not gain a qualification

In a combined Class a Rider may jump three Ponies in each section

Please note . . . . .

Stabling is available at £10.00 per day or £20.00 overnight (inclusive of straw bedding)

Stables must be left clean; any pony kicking will have to be removed because of disturbance to other competitors - no refund will be given

Entry fee refunds will be given, but a £2.00 administrative charge will be deducted

Rules & Conditions of Entry

1 Organisers accept no responsibility for accidents, theft or loss whatsoever arising out of the show
2 No entry will be accepted without the correct fee
3 No class will run with less than 4 entries, BSJA Rule, 76.6 will apply.
4 Entries in all affiliated classes are confined to registered horses or ponies, to be ridden by menbers of the BSJA in accordance with Rule 79 BSJA Rule 82.21
5 Dogs to be kept on leads
6 BSJA Rule 82.21 - No member shall allow a Stallion for which they are responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or prepare to compete in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members are not put at risk of injuries
7 The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission
8 The Judge's decision is final
